All Praise Belongs to Allah (Subhana’hu wa T’aala), and May the Salah and Salam of Allah (Subhana’hu wa T’aala) be upon our beloved Messenger (Peace and Blessing be Upon Him).
We write to you to enlighten you on the issue of Terrorism. The events of 9/11 happened well over 8 years ago, but consistently the topic props up again and again trying to making us Muslims feel more ‘guilt stuck’ than we already do if as though collectively we are all responsible. We cannot conclude that it was indeed the Muslim ‘fundamentalists’ who were responsible for 9/11, an article during that period stated Jewish extremists being the culprits as many of the high ranking officials avoided going to work that day and others sold off their stocks! It has also been claimed that the US Government has orchestrated the attacks against their own citizens as a prerequisite to a wage war against Islam. They do this to win over the hearts of the American people and to win over the minds of Muslims worldwide as has occurred to public speakers the likes of Salman al-Oudah, Yasir Qadhi, Yaser Birjas, Waleed Basyouni, Tawfique Chowdhury and the many more .
What is rather sad is that we are never bombarded with articles and speeches by our Muslim brothers about the oppression and injustice committed by the West in Pakistan, Iraq, Afghanistan, Chechnya, Kashmir, Palestine, Somalia and elsewhere, nor do our speakers distinguish that whether it is the West doing all the killing directly or not, the bullets are funded and supplied by the Western powers. The death toll of is quite possibly more than 3 million Muslims over the last two decades, an asian news channel reported this week how US soldier gang raped a 14 year old Iraqi girl, they took pictures of it, her eyes closed, they later killed her and her family. This is one of thousands of incidences which go untold on mainstream news.
It’s altogether easy to believe news from CNN against Muslims is true though unfounded. If you travel through the East or in the lands of the alleged perpetrators you will get to know what was missing from the news stories. We should ask ourselves when will it be that our Muslim ‘representatives’ will be bold enough to debate the roots of the problem leading to so called Muslim ‘fundamentalist’ activity? Why is it that the likes of the former Mayor of London Ken Livingston has to speak up in our defence? In all this whenever we are tested by Allah (Subhana’hu wa T’aala) we believe this is good for us as such instances separate the modernists from the ones who are firm upon their ‘Aqeedah (creed) and follow Qur’an and Sunnah.
A question to ask is why would these people commit such attacks and target the World Trade Centre? A country is as powerful as its economic trade. And economic trade fuels its military might, which in turn ensures its status to govern and rule over a country. Money can become scarce but through trading and commerce a government can generate more wealth and buy more weaponry and sustain a war. To make one of these factors collapse therefore is to destabilize a part of the triangle, a method practiced by US, UK, Israel and others. This is the perception that we conceive as to why target the Trade Centre, and in War there is casualty in both sides. This is the centre point which logic may conclude funds the atrocities, we have all witnessed for years in many countries by the hands of the Western military, and funds US military bases all over the world including Saudi Arabia, a presence which causes disunity between the people of those lands. Is democracy more just than the law of Allah (Subhana’hu wa T’aala)? Would the Rightly guided Caliphs permit this Big Brother style bases, a state within a state to govern the Muslim and mankind under man made law (this is clearly a dangerous issue within Aqeedah)?
We however ourselves do not promote Terrorism nor support Terrorism, and if labeled extreme, then like Dr. Zakir Naik state in acknowledgement yes we are extreme- “Extremely kind, Extremely Generous, Extremely courteous,…..And George Bush is the Biggest Terrorist”. If we are merciful towards mankind Allah (Subhana’hu wa T’aala) will be merciful towards us. We will like to enlighten you with a good speech by Dr. Zakir Naik on this topic in this 4 part video entitled “Is Terrorism a Muslim Monopoly?” which we found very interesting. About Dr. Zakir Naik’s Debate: Is Terrorism a Muslism Monopoly?
Took place in Mumbai in front of a jam packed crowd, at the Shanmukhananda auditorium on 11th Sept 2006. He also gave a similar lecture at Jeddah in the last week of September, 2006. Dr. Zakir Naik said that historic records proved that a large number of terrorist acts in the 20th and 21st century were committed by non-Muslims. The so-called global phenomenon of “Islamic terrorism/militant Islam” was a creation of the western governments and their media outlets, he said.
“Politics lies at the heart of labeling Muslims across the globe as perpetrators of terror acts,” he added.
Dr. Zakir, who is one of the Muslim world’s leading and most prolific speakers, quoted from the scriptures of other religions and proved that associating killing with Islam is incorrect.
“It says in the Book of Numbers that whoever worships other than God should be killed,” he said, referring to the Bible, yet such militant verses were conveniently ignored by the Western media.
“In every religion there are black sheep and the media keep putting these people forward. This is a media conspiracy and a way of pushing people away from Islam.” he added.
Dr. Zakir Naik said, “No religion encourages terrorist acts or violence. The word ‘Islam’ itself means ‘Peace, obtained by submitting yourself to the Almighty’. Anyone, be it Muslim or non-Muslim, who kills an innocent Muslim or a non-Muslim, kills the entire humanity. However, Islam goes a step further to say that if one saves innocent lives, the whole of humanity is saved. Injustice is the root cause of terrorism…”
He continued, “Palestinians are called terrorists just because they are fighting to get their land back.” By citing examples of LTTE (in Sri Lanka), IRA (in UK), Lord’s Salvation Army, which trains the young children to conduct terrorist attacks, and many other non-Muslim terrorist outfits he further said that, the lives claimed by these outfits are more than the ones by the Muslim terrorists.
Dr. Zakir said Naxalites/Maoists across India and the LTTE in Sri Lanka were non- Muslim terror organizations, which had had developed pan regional bases beyond national boundaries. Other such non-Muslim terror outfits included the United Liberation Front of Asom, National Democratic Front of Bodoland and All Tripura Tiger Force in the Northeast, Naik noted.

Drawing on international examples, Dr. Zakir said that the Japanese Red Army, Lord’s Salvation Army and the ETA in Spain were also non-Islamic in character and composition.
“So nothing is more removed from truth as to suggest that Muslims have monopolized terrorism,” said Dr. Naik. He said the Irish Republican Army, which was considered to be terrorist group, has a history of 100 years of violence against the British, but the British government doesn’t seem to be scared about them as they are about radical Islamic groups.
Besides, he also mentioned, “Even a single killing by a Muslim is condemned by Islam, whatsoever the reasons.”
On the Media, Judiciary and Politicians
Dr. Zakir appreciated the Indian media for being unbiased and upright while reporting the communal riots. He further expressed that it is the plot of the Western media to destroy Muslims. He also said that the media controlled by the political authorities is biased and does not portray the truth or reality. He stated, “Islam does not justify using wrong means to reach the right goals. People should not take the law in their hands.”
“India has seen maximum number of communal riots in recent years. Politicians have been using the ‘Divide and Rule Policy’ to secure their vote banks. However, the masses should not get instigated by them. Terrorism is a monopoly of politicians. People, regardless of their religion, wish to live harmonious lives, but politicians feed the feeling of hatred amongst them, ” he opined while speaking about the role of politicians in the society today.
“We should learn how to turn the tables and convey the real meaning,” said Dr. Zakir, while calling on Muslims to dispel the media’s vilifying of Muslims and the importance of having Muslim television channels and newspapers.

Rusya Federasyonu polisi, Müslümanların çoğunluğunun Hizb-ut Tahrir’in davetine icabet etmesine şaşırıyor.
Rusya Federasyonu güç organları yani Federasyon İstihbarat ve Güvenlik Organları, İç İşler Bakanlığı ve Savcılık Müslümanların samimiyet ve inançla İslami-siyasi bir kitle olan Hizb-ut Tahrir’in çağrısına gösterdiği ilgiye hayret ediyorlar. Onlar Müslümanların Hizb’in faaliyetine katılmalarına hayret ediyorlar. Hizb-ut Tahrir gençlerini örnek alanların sayısı her gün artıyor, Hilafete çağrı Rusya’nın çeşitli şehirlerinde yankılanıyor.
Rusya hâkimiyeti tarafından yapılan çeşitli hilelere rağmen gelişmeler böyle oluyor. Her bir insanın gerçek refah içerisinde, ırk, ulus ayrımı olmadan, Allah’ın kanunları uygulanması için çalışan hizb üyelerini polis korkutmaya çalışıyor. Polis onlar hakkında iftira yayıyor, korkutma faaliyetleri kapsamında arama, gözaltına alma, dövme, hapse kapatma gibi yöntemler kullanıyor.
22 Ekim 2009 tarihinde polis yine Başkortistan Cumhuriyeti’nde onlarca Müslümanın evinde aramalar yaptı. Bu kısır kampanya sonucunda Ufa ve Durtoylo şehirlerinden on Müslüman gözaltına alındı. Ceza kanununun 282.2 maddesi kapsamında suçlandılar, yani devlet tarafından yasaklanan “dini örgüt mensubu” olma. Bugün bu madde herhangi bir örgütün fikirleri egemenlerin fikirlerinden başka ise onları gözaltına almaya fırsat veriyor.
Önceden hazırlanan plana göre; Rusya vatandaşlarına, televizyon ekranlarından, İslami-siyasi kitle Hizb-ut Tahrir terörizm, kundakçılık ve bombalama eylemleri ile suçlandı ve silahlı kamuflajlı erkekler gösterildi.
Rusya vatandaşlarını faaliyetlerinde hiçbir şiddet, güç kullanmayan uluslararası faaliyet gösteren kitlenin tehlikeli olduğuna inandırmaya çalıştılar.
Gizli servisin üst düzey yetkilileri tutuklanan kişiler hakkında ileri sürdükleri iddia şudur: “Bu Müslümanlar İslam Davetine çağrıyı açık ve gizlenmeden yaptılar.”
Tabi ki adil ve davasında emin olan kişiler böyle yaparlar.
Artı gizli servis temsilcileri dediler ki; “Yasadışı kamuda faaliyet gösteren örgüt faaliyeti bastırıldı ve artık devam etmeyecektir.”
Cevaben ilan ediyoruz ki;
1. İslam; ruhbanlık dini (Hıristiyanlık, Yahudilik gibi) değildir. Hayır, aksine fikir, düşünce ve siyasi doktrine sahip, tüm insanların -Müslüman veya Müslüman olmayan- problemlerini çözen bir dindir..
İslam; insan hayatının her alanını etkiler. Devlet yönetimi, yasalar, ekonomik ve sosyal hayatın her yönüne hitap eder… İslam’ın çözümleri akıl ve insan doğası ile uyumlu, kalp sakinliği, huzur ve refah verir şekildedir. Demokrasi veya diktatörlük dahil hiçbir başka hayat sistemi bu kriterleri karşılayamaz.
İslam; insanlık için rahmet dini ve pratikteki uygulamaları ile adalet getirecek, kapitalizmden kaynaklanan krizler çukuruna insanlığı düşmekten kurtaracak yapıya sahiptir. Müslümanlar adaleti uygulamakla Allah tarafından sorumlu kılınmışlardır. Aynı zamanda tüm insanlığa hayat verecek bir kılavuz olarak daveti yüklenmişlerdir.
2. Hizb-ut Tahrir insanlığa İslam’ı tam şeklinde anlatıyor ve böylece Allah’ın yüklediği sorumluluğa uyuyor. Herhangi bir insan İslami siyasi kitle olan Hizb-ut Tahrir’i iyi biliyor ve buna bir şey katmaya gerek de yok. Hizbe “terörist organizasyonu” diye iftira eden biri -görevi ne olursa olsun- utanmaz, yalancıdır. Bu insanlar ya sağır, kör, dilsiz kişiler ya dünya politikası hakkında bilgi sahibi olmayan cahiller, ya da halkına karşı sorumluluktan kaçan zalimlerdir.
3. Rusya despot sistem hükümetidir. Rus halkını hakimiyeti altına alan bir grup insan kanunları bencil çıkarlarına uygun şekilde kabul ediyor. Onun için bu durumu anlayan ve bununla ilgili kendi bakışını anlatan her kim olursa olsun aşırı olarak ilan edilir ve gözaltına alınır. Bu yüzden bugün Rusya’da muhalefet tehlikelidir. Hizb-ut Tahrir bundan istisna değil. Bilinçli her kimse muhalefette ise tehlikelidir. Gazeteciler, insan hakları savunucuları ve diğerleri de aynı tehlike altındadır. Onlar polis zulmünden dolayı ülkeden kaçmak zorunda kalıyorlar, kaçma fırsatı bulamazlarsa öldürülüyorlar. Farklı uluslararası ajansların verilerine göre Rusya Federasyonu; dünya sıralamasında vatandaşlarının ifade özgürlüğü haklarına saygı gösterme hususunda Afrika ve Orta Asya rejimleri ile beraber en son sıralarda yer almaktadır. Bu değerlendirme dahi Rusya politikasının muhalefete adaletsiz olduğunu onaylıyor.
4. Rusya Hükümetinin Müslümanlara karşı politikası; İslam’ın yayılmaması ve İslam temelinde Müslümanların birleşmemesi kapsamındadır. Onların korkusu odur ki; eğer Müslüman kitleler İslam’ı tam olarak uygulamaya başlarlarsa İslam’ın güzelliğini ve adaletini gösterirlerse Rus halkı kendi hayatlarında bunu bulamadıkları için guruplar halinde istikrarlı ve müreffeh İslam’a döneceklerdir. Rusya İslam ideolojisine karşı hiçbir şey koyamıyor çünkü onun bir ideolojisi yok. Bunun için Rusya vatandaşları sadece inançlarından dolayı hapse atılıyor. Hizb-ut Tahrir’in fikirlerini benimseyen Müslümanlar en tehlikeliler sayılıyor ve onlara karşı sadece yalan ve kaba güçle mücadele edebiliyor.
5. Şüphesiz, Rusya Hizb-ut Tahrir’in çağrısından korkuyor. Ayrıca nedeni sadece Müslümanların birleşmesi değil bununla birlikte Rusya Devleti Müslümanların Devleti olan Hilafetin tekrar kurulabileceği karşısında bile titremeye başladı. Hilafetin olmasını hiç ve hiç istemiyor. Bu korkusunu Hilafetin gerekliği hakkında çalışan, anlatan kişileri kötü şekilde baskı altına alması çok iyi gösteriyor.
6. Rusya kendi halkına iyilik ve refah istemiyor, çünkü bu kendi vatandaşları ile ilgili asıl planlarına aykırı düşüyor. Yani cahillik karanlığında tutmak ve bencil çıkarları için acımasızca sömürmek. Hükümet halkın gelişmesine yol vermemek için gerçeği karartmak için iftira etmeye çalışıyor, hepsi kontrolü altında olan medya aracılığıyla iftira yayıyor, Genelde İslam hakkında, özelde Hizb-ut Tahrir hakkında iftiralarını sürdürüyor.
7. Rusya hükümeti her türlü fesadı kullanıyor, iğrenmeden vatandaşlarından korkaklar ve hainler yetiştiriyor. Diplomalı imamları mezun eden okullar yapıldı. Yetiştirilen bu imamların amacı İslam ile kendilerini zenginlendirmek, din üzerinden ticaret yapmaktır. Onlar dinden mal elde ettiler ve işverenin isteklerine göre dinlerini değiştiriyorlar.
Ah, ne kadar harap onların işleri!
Allah’a ve Rasulu Sallallahu Aleyhi Vesellem’e ihanet edenlerin işleri!
Talgat Tadjuddin gibi imamlar açıktan açığa Müslümanlar hakkında yalan konuşuyorlar ve gizli polis elemanları Müslümanları tutukladıklarında içten içe teşekkür ediyorlar. Bu önemsiz kişiler kendi görevleri için korkuyorlar. Sanki Hizb-ut Tahrir onların karlı (!) mevkilerini almak istiyor. Eğer bilseydiler Allah karşısında ne kadar sorumlu olduklarını bulundukları makamı, görevlerini hemen bırakıp giderlerdi. Onların bütün sözleri faydasız ve boğazlarından yukarı yükselmeyecek.
Hizb-ut Tahrir‘in bazı üyelerinin tutuklamaları ile “Müslümanların Allah’ın kanaatini dilemelerini yok ettik” diye iddia eden hakimiyet bilsin ki bu sadece sizin hayaliniz!

Siz Hilafeti yeniden kurma hareketini durduramayacaksınız!
Siz hepimizi hapsetmediniz!
Siz başkalarını hapisle korkutamazsınız!
Siz bizlerden on, yüz, hatta bin kişiyi hapsetseniz, bu sadece kendinize desise olup dönecektir. Sizlerin doğruluğa olan hıncınız ve nefretiniz insanların daha çok gözüne görünecektir.
Müslümanların gözü açıldı, kalplerine hakikat girdi ve onlar kurtuluşa atıldılar!

Sizlere Hizb-ut Tahrir çağrısına karşı koymaya ne Müslümanları hapsetme ne de bazı hain imamlar yardım edebilir!
Sizin kendi halkınıza olan hınç ifadesi ve donmuş asıl yüzünüz ortaya çıktı. Böyle insanlara ümmet işlerini emanet eder mi?!
Siz hapisle tehdit ediyorsunuz ama siz gördünüz ki; biz hapiste kalıyor ve bunu dinimiz uğruna imtihan olarak kabul ediyoruz, serbest bırakılanlar ise öyle çalışacak ki yakında hapistekilere katılmak için.
Sizin zulmünüz, doğruluk sözümüzü her kimin karşısında olursak olalım -ister hükümdar ister gizli polis isterse başka birisi- söylemeden bizi alıkoyamaz.
Hilafet bütün Müslümanların sorumluluğudur, samimi Müslümanlar arasında Hilafeti istemeyenler yok, ama kim öyle değil diyorsa demek ki Müslüman ümmetinden değildir.
